Mobile Notary Public

We are a certified notary public by the California Secretary of State and a loan signing agency and provider of loan signing services certified through the National Notary Association (NNA) and Loan Signing System (LSS).

As part of our notary commission, we have completed all required courses and exams as well passing thorough background checks by the FBI and the California Department of Justice. We also hold a $15,000 surety bond and a $1,000,000 errors and omissions policy. 

We are happy to travel to your place of business, hospital, school, home, or other meeting place, for a small fee. Our mobile notary services proudly serve: Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties.

  • Travel fee discounted with six or more notarized signatures.

  • We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and Zelle

From Morgan Hill, CA:

  • 5 miles or less: $30.

  • 5-10 miles: $35.

  • 10-20 miles: $40.

  • 20-30 miles: $45.

  • 30-40 miles: $60

  • 40-65 miles: $75

Signer’s Checklist

 
 
 

identification requirments

Each person signing must show a current government identification card (ID) that meets the following requirements:

  • has been issued within the past five (5) years [per Civil Code Section 118(c)(3)&(4)]

  • has a photo,physical description and signature of the signer

  • has an identifying number.

examples of acceptable identification

  • Driver's license or ID card issued by the California DMV

  • U.S. Passport

  • Foreign Passport

  • Military ID card

  • Consular card

  • Tribal ID card

without acceptable identification

In the event that none of these forms of ID are available, two credible witnesses who fulfill all three of the following requirements must come with you. 

  1. Personally know the signer

  2. Are not named in the document(s)

  3. Do not have a financial interest in the document(s)

Both credible witnesses must have proper IDs as described above.
